How do I care for the pillow?

The cover is removable and washable at 60 degrees. The core is not washed but aired out regularly. Replacement covers are available separately, so the pillow does not need to be replaced if the cover becomes worn.

Can I buy replacement parts?

Yes. Covers and height-adjustment inserts are available separately. It follows the same principle as the sleep system: replace parts instead of buying a whole new unit.

How do delivery and returns work?

Delivery within two to three business days. You can return the item free of charge and without giving a reason within 14 days.
