Terms and Conditions: "SEVEN SUNDAYS x RB Leipzig" Sweepstakes

§ 1 Organizer

The sweepstakes is organized by SEVEN SUNDAYS Deutschland GmbH, Ridlerstraße 57, 80339 Munich, Germany, represented by Andreas Wunderlich, registered in the commercial register of the Munich District Court under HRB 237031, VAT ID: DE316013861 (hereinafter "Organizer").

The sweepstakes is conducted exclusively by the Organizer. RB Leipzig is a cooperation partner and does not act as a co-organizer.

§ 2 Eligibility

(1) Eligible participants are natural persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation and are residents of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Austria, or the Swiss Confederation.

(2) Employees of the Organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

(3) Participation is only possible in person. Participation via automated processes or third parties is not permitted.

§ 3 Participation Period

The sweepstakes begins on February 21, 2026 and ends on May 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM (CEST). Entries received after this time will not be considered.

§ 4 Participation

(1) Participation requires the complete submission of the entry form on this promotional page. Each person may participate only once.

(2) Two participation options are available:

• Option A – Pillow Raffle: Participants enter their contact details and are entered into the raffle for 11 SEVEN SUNDAYS cervical pillows.
• Option B – Sleep System Raffle with Sleep Consultation ("Double Chance"): Participants enter their contact details and additionally register via the corresponding opt-in field for a free, non-binding sleep consultation. By registering, participants consent to being contacted by phone by a sleep consultant of the Organizer to arrange an individual appointment for a personal sleep consultation at home. This automatically enters participants in the raffle for a SEVEN SUNDAYS sleep system of their choice, as well as in the pillow raffle under Option A.
  (3) Participation in the sweepstakes (Option B) is not contingent upon the actual completion of the sleep consultation.

§ 5 Prizes

(1) The following prizes will be raffled:

• Option A: 11 × SEVEN SUNDAYS cervical pillows (value €149.00 each)
• Option B: 1 × SEVEN SUNDAYS sleep system of choice, plus additional entry in the pillow raffle under Option A.
  (2) If a winner of Option B has already purchased a SEVEN SUNDAYS sleep system before the end of the sweepstakes period (May 16, 2026), the full invoice amount of the purchased system will be refunded in lieu of the prize in kind (excluding shipping costs). Proof of purchase must be provided by presenting the original invoice. The refund will be transferred to the specified bank account within 30 days of prize confirmation.
  (3) Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash, unless otherwise stipulated in paragraph (2).

§ 6 Sleep Consultation (Option B only)

(1) Participants who choose Option B consent to being contacted by a sleep consultant of the Organizer at the provided phone number to arrange an appointment for a personal sleep consultation at home.

(2) The sleep consultation is free of charge and entirely non-binding. The consultation does not create any obligation to purchase or any other commitment.

(3) The sleep consultation lasts approximately 60 minutes and includes an individual analysis of sleep needs as well as the opportunity to test the modular SEVEN SUNDAYS sleep system on-site.

§ 7 Winner Selection and Notification

(1) Winners will be determined by random drawing after the end of the participation period.

(2) Winners will be notified by email at the email address provided during registration. The prize must be confirmed within 14 days of notification. If no confirmation is received within this period, the prize claim expires and an alternate winner will be selected.

§ 8 Data Protection

(1) The Organizer collects and processes the personal data provided during participation exclusively for the purpose of conducting and administering the sweepstakes and – in the case of Option B – for telephone contact to arrange an appointment.

(2) The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (sweepstakes) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent for sleep consultation).

(3) Right of withdrawal: Consent to telephone contact (Option B) may be revoked at any time with effect for the future (e.g., by email to support@my7sundays.com). Revocation does not affect the chance of winning, provided that participation has already been validly completed.

§ 9 Liability

(1) The Organizer bears unlimited liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

(2) For all other damages, the Organizer is liable only in cases of intent, gross negligence, or breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation). In cases of slightly negligent breach of cardinal obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

(3) The Organizer is not liable for technical disruptions or the availability of the promotional page, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

§ 10 Early Termination

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice if proper execution can no longer be guaranteed (e.g., for technical or legal reasons).

§ 11 Relationship to Third-Party Platforms

The sweepstakes is in no way associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, or other social media platforms and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by any of them.

§ 12 Miscellaneous

(1) Legal recourse is excluded.

(2) The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

(3) Should any individual provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
